Club Chinois presents Portside, a free open-air party at Ibiza Port

Summer at Club Chinois opens with a typically generous and stylish flourish. Make sure to arrive early for their event PORTSIDE, where the opulent club gifts tourists and clubbers, and thanks Ibiza locals, businesses, and workers, with a fabulous open-air lineup of world-class talent. Running from 6 pm to midnight on Sunday, June 16th, this event is absolutely free!

PORTSIDE is all about inclusion, celebrating the island, the community, and the magic of Ibiza. Danny Whittle, Club Chinois Brand Director, shares his thoughts: The PORTSIDE event is so important to us at Club Chinois as it is to the DJs performing—Luciano, Franky Wah, Miss Monique, and Nohan. We host this free event as a thank you to the people of Ibiza and the local businesses of Ibiza town and port who assist us all summer. It presents a great opportunity, thanks to the local authorities, for us to provide an amazing show to power the bars and restaurants in the port and create a very special day in the season for all to enjoy.

After the open-air festivities, from midnight, the celebration continues at the ancient Asian-inspired luxury of Club Chinois. Here, Franky Wah presents the SHÈN Opening Party. Experience pleasure from the dancefloor up with a cutting-edge sound system, fabulous cocktails, and an inclusive welcome to an exclusive, diverse ambiance.

Meet the Artists:

LUCIANO: The Latin House pioneer, Ibiza mainstay, and Club Chinois favorite returns after last year’s epic Portside success. He will also present CADENZA at Club Chinois with top guest DJs from his legendary label, every Thursday from July 11th to August 1st. Get an early taste of his groundbreaking beats and vibrant dance set at Portside.

FRANKY WAH: The UK progressive melodic house aficionado is back for Portside this year and will also headline at Club Chinois with his smash-hit residency SHÈN, featuring global star DJ guests every Sunday from June 16th to September 28th. After his Portside set, head to Club Chinois for the first SHÈN opening night with Franky Wah, Sasha B2B John Digweed, Miss Monique, and Kalismã.

MISS MONIQUE: One of SHÈN’s big-name guests, still riding high from a brilliant IMS Dalt Vila set, the Ukrainian superstar seamlessly moves between progressive/melodic house and techno, releasing on labels from Drumcode to Armada. Catch her early at Portside.

NOHAN: Milan-born and Ibiza-based, this live performer/DJ brings his deep house and melodic techno to Portside. His music expresses spirituality, mysticism, and Far East tribal influences, with releases on Anjunadeep, All Day I Dream, and Crosstown Rebels.
