Ibiza 1 Dance Station
After a four-year hiatus, the DJ Awards made their grand return to Ibiza on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. The ceremony, held at Club Chinois, celebrated the most influential talents on the global electronic music scene.
Hosted by BBC Radio 1’s Jaguar and presenter Katie Knight, the 23rd edition of the DJ Awards honored renowned artists in a variety of categories.
Fisher took home one of the most prestigious awards of the night, that of best international DJ. Black Coffee was crowned best Afro artist, while Camelphat dominated the progressive house category. David Guetta confirmed his popularity in Ibiza by winning the award for best party for his event Fk Me I’m Famous/Futurerave. Adam Port and Stryv won the title of “Ibiza Track Of The Summer” with their hit “Move” feat. Malachiii.
Luciano not only received the “Ibiza Icon Industry Award”, but also delivered an unforgettable set at the afterparty, alongside artists such as Cristoph, Mathew Jonson, Ben Sterling and Manu Gonzalez.

The ceremony was also marked by highlights such as Róisín Murphy receiving the Best Live Act award and Sven Väth winning in the techno category. A tribute was also paid to Javier Anadon, founder of Café Mambo, who received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” for his contribution to Ibiza’s nightlife. Michael Bibi was rewarded for his cancer awareness campaign “One Life” with the “Play It Back Award”.
The DJ Awards 2024 closed the Ibiza season in style, suggesting a promising future for electronic music.
